General Provisions

These Terms of Purchase define the ordering, payment, delivery, return, and complaint procedures for products offered on our website. The supplier (Seller) of the goods is Juicefast, Cesta Prvih Borcev 11, 8250, Brežice. The Buyer is any visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, completes the electronic order form, and submits it to the Seller.

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.

Juicefast reserves the right to change prices listed in the online store at any time without prior notice, and to apply discounts or special offers.

All materials on this website are the intellectual property of Juicefast and may only be used with written permission from the owner.

In the event of website maintenance or external circumstances, access to the site may be temporarily unavailable.

Buyer A Buyer is any natural or legal person who commits to purchasing through the website. Buyers must enter accurate information when registering and placing an order.

Registration

Registration is optional. During registration, the Buyer must enter an email address and password.

Sales and Products

Prices are clearly displayed and represent the retail price including VAT in euros (€).

Discounts are clearly marked, showing the price before and during the promotion.

Promo codes allow Buyers to obtain discounts or other benefits. These codes may be issued after previous purchases or as part of promotional campaigns.

All product ingredients listed in product details accurately represent the actual composition.

Product images may differ slightly from the delivered product.

Purchasing Process Purchases can be made 24/7 via the online cart.

The Buyer is not required to register but must provide contact and delivery information to complete the order.
If the Seller is unable to deliver all ordered items, it will deliver those available and inform the Buyer in writing.

Order Placement

Orders are placed via an electronic form by adding products to the cart. An order is considered final once the payment method is selected and confirmed.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email with product or service delivery details.

In case of an error in the confirmation email, you are responsible for notifying us promptly.

For subscriptions, your card will be charged as per the agreed terms, and subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Subscription prices may change at the end of the period.

Shipping

Orders are shipped the same or next business day and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Track your order in your account section.

To modify or cancel an order already shipped, contact us at hi@juicefast.com. Changes are not possible after shipment.

Delivery

Deliveries are handled by GLS from Tuesday to Friday, between 8 AM and 4 PM. You may request a preferred delivery day in your order note, and we will do our best to fulfill it, though this is not guaranteed.

Products are packaged securely and kept at low temperatures to ensure safe delivery.

If you do not receive your package or shipping notice within the expected time, contact us to investigate or resend the order.

Shipping to Slovenia

The Buyer assumes full responsibility for delivery, payment, and organization of shipping after receiving products on Slovenian territory.

Products are considered purchased in the Republic of Slovenia.

Juicefast d.o.o. assists in arranging GLS delivery but assumes no responsibility for transport, including damage, loss, or delay.

Juicefast d.o.o. sells products exclusively in Slovenia and is subject to Slovenian tax regulations. Once goods are handed over to the delivery service, the Buyer assumes all responsibility and costs associated with shipping.

Juicefast d.o.o. explicitly disclaims liability for any delivery-related issues.

Refunds and withdrawal from the contract

30-day money-back guarantee

In addition to statutory rights, Juicefast offers a voluntary commercial guarantee: if the Buyer is not satisfied with a product, they can request a refund within 30 days of receiving the order. The guarantee also covers opened products.

To claim the guarantee, the Buyer emails cs@juicefast.com within 30 days of receiving the order with the order number and the product to be refunded. Photos are only needed if the product arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect. Refunds are paid without delay and no later than 14 days, using the same payment method the buyer used (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal); for cash on delivery orders the refund is paid to the IBAN provided by the buyer. Statutory right of withdrawal

Independently of the guarantee, a Buyer who is a consumer has the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. The law provides exceptions, among others for goods that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life, and for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they were opened after delivery.

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. It is enough to send a clear statement of withdrawal to cs@juicefast.com before the period expires, either as free text or using the form below. The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product. Juicefast d.o.o. will, without delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the statement of withdrawal, refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, using the same payment method the buyer used; for cash on delivery orders to the IBAN provided by the buyer. The refund may be withheld until the product has been returned or the buyer provides proof that it has been sent back.

Credit Card Payment

Security Payments are processed via CorvusPay – a secure online payment system.

CorvusPay ensures complete confidentiality of card and personal information from the moment data is entered. Payment details are encrypted and sent directly to your issuing bank. Juicefast never has access to full card data. Even CorvusPay staff cannot access this information.

The payment form is secured with SSL encryption and stored data is further protected via FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified cryptographic devices. CorvusPay complies with PCI DSS Level 1, the highest industry security standard.

For 3-D Secure enabled cards, your bank may request an additional verification step.

All collected information is treated confidentially and used solely for intended purposes. Only essential data is collected in compliance with online payment regulations.

CorvusPay maintains high security through access control, network vulnerability checks, and compliance with data protection standards.
