Great service and support. Express delivery in adequately prepared food packaging. I don't really understand how the expiration date can be at least 30 days if the meals were not frozen beforehand, although it seems to me that they were frozen before delivery because they arrived partially frozen. I'm a little worried about reheating the plastic container in the microwave, the containers are "microwave safe", but that doesn't mean anything from the perspective of microplastics. I can solve the problem by reheating on a pan, but that way I lose the practicality of the whole concept if I want a quick meal both at work and at home. And the plastic is harder to remove if it's not preheated. The meals are really tasty if you get the reheating time right. I can't say that they are balanced, each meal tells its own story, and a Protein+ meal doesn't mean that the protein macronutrient is relatively higher. Most meals have significantly more carbohydrates than protein, so it doesn't support my fitness-optimized diet motive. But realistically, it's not even promoted, the ingredients seem just okay for a healthy meal, which is a kind of base. Drinks are cool, I don't understand how someone can treat 0.5 juice as a meal, but if your goal is to lose weight - it's not a bad choice. Personally, in addition to the 2+1 combination from the program, I had 3-4 meals of similar size a day. With increased physical activity (5 resistance training sessions per week, 45-60 min) I didn't lose or gain any weight. So it makes sense to me that with half the intake you can lose weight, when that's the goal. All in all - very satisfied, promised delivered, I would like to have at least 1+1 meal a day for my coworkers and myself, I believe it can support any diet plan.

favorite program, I always take it in three days

I bought the 5-day detox for weight loss twice. Both times I had a slight headache the first two days, I didn't feel hungry, and after 3 days I didn't even have to drink all 5 juices, so I combined the remaining ones with solid food in the coming days. They are very tasty, I was no longer bloated, I lost 2-3kg, and my little kids love drinking them too :)
