It's good for everyone to detox a little. I had no energy because of unhealthy and heavy food. I felt great on the detox.

This zeolite is really effective. I use it regularly and I feel it helps cleanse my body.

This powder tastes great, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to drink it. I put it in my smoothie every morning.

Bite Me for energy is for me the best energy snack I've ever tried, because it has a really great hazelnut taste.

I used the diet plan for 7 days, with the fact that between lunch and dinner I added another 250ml detox juice and during that time I lost 2kg. The only complaint is that some dishes were too spicy for my taste, so I didn't manage to finish them. Juices are perfect for me. I will continue to order but with a selection of dishes that suit me the most, chicken with cranberries and rice and veggie lasagna are my favorites... definitely a lifesaver when you want to eat healthy and don't have time to prepare

I have no words to describe the feeling after completing the detox. This is the second time I've done the 3-day detox program and I've lost 3 kg both times. Honestly, every time I finish the program, the kilos don't matter to me anymore, even though they were the main motivator to start with, but I really feel energetic, strong and healthy, and it's great that my body requires less food after the program, so I automatically start losing weight. I'll buy again! :)

It's really hard to get used to the taste, but the feeling after drinking these juices is great. It's not heavy on the stomach, my stomach is no longer bloated, and I have more energy than after a classic breakfast.

I'm not a fan of non-traditional cuisine, so I treated this as an experiment. Most of the meals were really tasty, except for some that were over-seasoned (e.g. tandoori chicken). I've never had a tastier lasagna :) The only thing I would have liked to see was fewer vegetarian/vegan options, but I wasn't very good at ordering so I didn't change anything.

I love Bite Me bars! They're the perfect, healthy snack for me that keeps me full and energized.

This mixture is great for my digestion, I have problems with constipation, but since I started drinking superfoods my digestion is much, much better.

Glow is perfectly combined, it gives me energy, fills me up, and is very nice. It is not too sweet or too sour, the combination and ratio of ingredients is ideal. It is definitely my favorite of all the Juicefast juices.

Great service and support. Express delivery in adequately prepared food packaging. I don't really understand how the expiration date can be at least 30 days if the meals were not frozen beforehand, although it seems to me that they were frozen before delivery because they arrived partially frozen. I'm a little worried about reheating the plastic container in the microwave, the containers are "microwave safe", but that doesn't mean anything from the perspective of microplastics. I can solve the problem by reheating on a pan, but that way I lose the practicality of the whole concept if I want a quick meal both at work and at home. And the plastic is harder to remove if it's not preheated. The meals are really tasty if you get the reheating time right. I can't say that they are balanced, each meal tells its own story, and a Protein+ meal doesn't mean that the protein macronutrient is relatively higher. Most meals have significantly more carbohydrates than protein, so it doesn't support my fitness-optimized diet motive. But realistically, it's not even promoted, the ingredients seem just okay for a healthy meal, which is a kind of base. Drinks are cool, I don't understand how someone can treat 0.5 juice as a meal, but if your goal is to lose weight - it's not a bad choice. Personally, in addition to the 2+1 combination from the program, I had 3-4 meals of similar size a day. With increased physical activity (5 resistance training sessions per week, 45-60 min) I didn't lose or gain any weight. So it makes sense to me that with half the intake you can lose weight, when that's the goal. All in all - very satisfied, promised delivered, I would like to have at least 1+1 meal a day for my coworkers and myself, I believe it can support any diet plan.

The first four juices are great - refreshing and tasty, I didn't even like the last one (with banana) - compared to the others, it is thick and "heavy"
