Great service and support. Express delivery in adequately prepared food packaging. I don't really understand how the expiration date can be at least 30 days if the meals were not frozen beforehand, although it seems to me that they were frozen before delivery because they arrived partially frozen. I'm a little worried about reheating the plastic container in the microwave, the containers are "microwave safe", but that doesn't mean anything from the perspective of microplastics. I can solve the problem by reheating on a pan, but that way I lose the practicality of the whole concept if I want a quick meal both at work and at home. And the plastic is harder to remove if it's not preheated. The meals are really tasty if you get the reheating time right. I can't say that they are balanced, each meal tells its own story, and a Protein+ meal doesn't mean that the protein macronutrient is relatively higher. Most meals have significantly more carbohydrates than protein, so it doesn't support my fitness-optimized diet motive. But realistically, it's not even promoted, the ingredients seem just okay for a healthy meal, which is a kind of base. Drinks are cool, I don't understand how someone can treat 0.5 juice as a meal, but if your goal is to lose weight - it's not a bad choice. Personally, in addition to the 2+1 combination from the program, I had 3-4 meals of similar size a day. With increased physical activity (5 resistance training sessions per week, 45-60 min) I didn't lose or gain any weight. So it makes sense to me that with half the intake you can lose weight, when that's the goal. All in all - very satisfied, promised delivered, I would like to have at least 1+1 meal a day for my coworkers and myself, I believe it can support any diet plan.

I have allergies to some ingredients that are mostly found in facial cleansing gels, so I tried zeolite. I can say that it is the best cleanser I have ever used!

Glow is perfectly combined, it gives me energy, fills me up, and is very nice. It is not too sweet or too sour, the combination and ratio of ingredients is ideal. It is definitely my favorite of all the Juicefast juices.

I was skeptical, but this detox was a real treat.

It's good for everyone to detox a little. I had no energy because of unhealthy and heavy food. I felt great on the detox.

I'm not a fan of non-traditional cuisine, so I treated this as an experiment. Most of the meals were really tasty, except for some that were over-seasoned (e.g. tandoori chicken). I've never had a tastier lasagna :) The only thing I would have liked to see was fewer vegetarian/vegan options, but I wasn't very good at ordering so I didn't change anything.

Hello, for me personally very good drinks, I gave up the remaining food without any problems and I really stuck to drinking only water and only coffee without anything. I felt very good and I will be happy to order them on occasion. Thank you, because you are.

The taste is great for me, especially the Protein Bite Me, and the texture is perfect - neither too hard nor too soft. I recommend it to everyone!

It's really hard to get used to the taste, but the feeling after drinking these juices is great. It's not heavy on the stomach, my stomach is no longer bloated, and I have more energy than after a classic breakfast.

Since I've been using superfood powder, my digestion is much better, and I feel less bloated.

This mixture is great for my digestion, I have problems with constipation, but since I started drinking superfoods my digestion is much, much better.
