Ordered for the first time and definitely not the last time. It was much easier than I imagined. I used the 3-day juicefast with the purpose of resetting and starting a healthier diet. In those 3 days and for a whole week after that, I didn't feel any need for sweet food, I reduced my caffeine intake. I can easily continue with a more well-thought-out diet based on more vegetables and slightly smaller portions. For those of you who need a little extra encouragement, I recommend that you give up some dietary indulgence.

Great service and support. Express delivery in adequately prepared food packaging. I don't really understand how the expiration date can be at least 30 days if the meals were not frozen beforehand, although it seems to me that they were frozen before delivery because they arrived partially frozen. I'm a little worried about reheating the plastic container in the microwave, the containers are "microwave safe", but that doesn't mean anything from the perspective of microplastics. I can solve the problem by reheating on a pan, but that way I lose the practicality of the whole concept if I want a quick meal both at work and at home. And the plastic is harder to remove if it's not preheated. The meals are really tasty if you get the reheating time right. I can't say that they are balanced, each meal tells its own story, and a Protein+ meal doesn't mean that the protein macronutrient is relatively higher. Most meals have significantly more carbohydrates than protein, so it doesn't support my fitness-optimized diet motive. But realistically, it's not even promoted, the ingredients seem just okay for a healthy meal, which is a kind of base. Drinks are cool, I don't understand how someone can treat 0.5 juice as a meal, but if your goal is to lose weight - it's not a bad choice. Personally, in addition to the 2+1 combination from the program, I had 3-4 meals of similar size a day. With increased physical activity (5 resistance training sessions per week, 45-60 min) I didn't lose or gain any weight. So it makes sense to me that with half the intake you can lose weight, when that's the goal. All in all - very satisfied, promised delivered, I would like to have at least 1+1 meal a day for my coworkers and myself, I believe it can support any diet plan.

Glow is perfectly combined, it gives me energy, fills me up, and is very nice. It is not too sweet or too sour, the combination and ratio of ingredients is ideal. It is definitely my favorite of all the Juicefast juices.

I'm not a fan of non-traditional cuisine, so I treated this as an experiment. Most of the meals were really tasty, except for some that were over-seasoned (e.g. tandoori chicken). I've never had a tastier lasagna :) The only thing I would have liked to see was fewer vegetarian/vegan options, but I wasn't very good at ordering so I didn't change anything.

I ordered a 3-day package. On the 1st day, a little weakness was felt, on the 2nd and 3rd day, the feeling was much better. In the end, I felt at ease, my skin is cleaner and also 2 kg less is not to be ignored. :-)
