What exactly does "detox" mean and how does it affect my body?

Detox is a process of cleaning and restoring the body. Our detox juices and meals are designed to help your body eliminate toxins and promote optimal health. In addition, detox can improve energy, focus and general well-being.

You drink juices from 1-5 as indicated on the bottles. 5 juices each day. Each juice replaces one meal. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. Drink them at intervals of 2-3 hours. It is important that you drink a lot of water in between. No solid food is eaten at all, and if you feel unbearable hunger, feel free to eat an apple/carrot or a handful of almonds. Juices are cold pasteurized and upon receipt are stored in a refrigerator where they have a shelf life of 45+ days.

The 500 ml program is for 100% fasting without solid food while you are on the program, you only drink juices and water. The 250ml program is more intended as a dietary supplement.

We recommend conducting a detox for 3 to 7 days, depending on your needs and experience. The frequency of detox can vary, but in general, many of our clients detox every 3 to 4 months.

During the detox, we recommend the consumption of our juices and meals, as well as plenty of water. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, sugar and processed food to make the detox as effective as possible.

Possible side effects include headache, fatigue and digestive changes. These symptoms can be alleviated by increased water intake and rest.

A successful detox often results in increased energy, better focus and a generally better feeling. Also, many clients report improved digestion and skin.

Detox programs are primarily designed to cleanse and restore the body. However, many of our clients report weight loss. Why? Because you enter a caloric deficit when you replace solid food with our juices. But every person’s story is unique, so we can’t guarantee weight loss for everyone.

If your goal is not only to refresh your body, but also to lose a few kilograms, we recommend our three-day programs of 500 ml (Eternal/Majestic). In three days you get 15 bottles full of health and vitality.

Weight loss is individual and varies from person to person. Although we cannot guarantee anything, a large number of clients come forward with excellent results.

We do not recommend carrying out a detox during pregnancy, but you can consume juices as a dietary supplement.

Shooters are concentrated juices that serve as a quick and effective way to ingest key nutrients. They are ideal for starting the day or as an energy boost during the day.

Each Juicefast juice contains at least 1.5 kg of cold-pressed fruits and vegetables.

Store the juices upon receipt in an ordinary refrigerator. Their shelf life is 45+ days, and after opening the product, the shelf life is 2 days.

Healthy Meals

How long can I keep Juicefast meals and how to store them properly?

You can store Juicefast meals in the refrigerator for up to 10+ days thanks to our HPP technology, which ensures long-lasting freshness. After opening, the meal is best consumed within 2 days.

Our meals are designed to be as convenient as possible. Meals need to be heated in a microwave oven for 2 minutes (without removing the protective film), or in a pan for 3 to 5 minutes. Preparation instructions are on the packaging of each meal.

Juicefast meals can completely replace your daily meals – they are nutritionally balanced and carefully designed to provide all the essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals needed throughout the day.

Results may vary from person to person, but many of our clients report positive changes in energy, focus and general sense of well-being after just the first week of regular consumption.

Store healthy meals upon receipt in a regular refrigerator, their shelf life is 10+ days.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Croatia and Slovenia, with plans to expand to other EU countries. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

If the order has not yet shipped, please email us at hi@juicefast.com with the correct information. If it has already been shipped, we recommend that you contact the carrier as soon as possible.

Packages are shipped the same or next business day after ordering and usually arrive within 3-5 business days. You can track shipments on your account page.

If you need to change or cancel an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@juicefast.com. If the order has already been shipped, changes are not possible.

Yes, you can skip an order at any time from your account. Select “Subscriptions” to manage upcoming orders.

No, discounts cannot be combined.

Delivery is made by the GLS delivery service on weekdays from Tuesday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. In the note when ordering, you can write the desired delivery day, and we will do our best to honor it, but we cannot guarantee anything.

Do you have a physical store or a personal pick-up option?

All orders are made online via our webshop. However, you can choose between delivery or personal collection when ordering. If you decide to collect your package in person, you can pick up your package at the address  – Wickerhuaserova 14, 10000, Zagreb. We will contact you the day before the package is ready for collection. You can also write the desired collection time in the notes when ordering.

You will find the USE BY date on our bottle caps. If it happens that the date has passed, dispose of the bottle properly. Pour the juice down the drain and recycle your bottle.
