Where is Detox.hr?

Detox.hr was our brand until 1.11.2022. Now it is named Juicefast. All of your accounts and purchases are backed on Detox servers.

Where is my Detox.hr order?

Due to a lot of orders in October, your order can arrive in 7-14 days since we are doing our best to provide products that are fresh and tasty.

Nutrition

Is Juicefast a diet?

No – our mission, very simply, is to inspire others to eat more healthy and boost their performance. We’re here to make health a little more convenient and a lot more delicious.

Is Juicefast vegan?

All of our cold-pressed juices are 100% vegan.

Where can I find nutritional info?

You can find detailed nutritional informations for juices and meals on every product in the shop.

I have food allergies! Which products should I avoid? Can I customize a packet?

We have listed all of our ingredients on every product in our shop. All of our Juices can contain traces of celery, and all of our Meals can contain traces of gluten. You can customise your Program by selecting Juices you want in the juices.

Do you offer nutrition coaching services?

We do! For more information, contact our hi@juicefast.com. But please note that currently, our free nutrition coaching services are only offered in English, Croatian and Slovenian.

How many servings of food are in each meal?

Each Juicefast meal is good for one serving at around 400g a tray. At around 500 kcal per meal it is the most optimal serving for people that optimally consume 2000 kcal a day

How many servings of fruit and/or vegetables are in one juice?

Each Juicefast Juice has at least a 1,5kg of fruit and veggies cold pressed inside it.

Account and subscription

How do I set up my account?

Once you purchase any of our products, your informations will be saved as you stated in the Billing & Shipping info. Or you can go to Profile and register there.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, ApplePay (only on supported MacOS and Safari, if updated) and PayPal as payment methods.

I need to update my payment information.

Payment info can be updated through the Profile. Once logged in, click to the payment tab to update these details.

I cancelled my subscription after I received an invoice. Will I still get my order?

Please note that cancelling a subscription will not automatically cancel an open order. If you do not wish to receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@juicefast.com. Unfortunately we cannot refund an order after it has been processed for packing.

Will Juicefast honor my cancelation request after my order has been shipped?

Unfortunately not. After your order has left our fulfilment center it’s no longer possible to cancel or refund it. To avoid disappointment, make sure you remember to cancel or pause at least one full day prior to your next order/ billing date.

Shipping and orders

Where does Juicefast ship to?

We ship to Croatia and Slovenia for the moment but we are planning to extend shipping for EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Slovenia, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden). Please note that we can’t ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO. Feel free to contact us for more information.

My order has the wrong shipping address. Help?

In many cases, updating the shipping address after the order has been shipped is not possible. However, we recommend that you contact the asap carrier for more details. If the order has not yet shipped, please email us at hi@juicefast.com with the correct information, and we will do our best to update it before we deal with the carrier if we can still.

I need to update my shipping/billing address.

Shipping and billing addresses can be updated through the Profile. Once logged in, click to the Address tab to update these details. Note: this will only update upcoming orders. If you wish to update the address for an already billed order, please contact hi@juicefast.com ASAP – we will do our best to help if we can.

When will my order arrive?

Most of our orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase and usually arrive within 5-8 business days. You can track all shipments on your account page. Subscription shipments are determined by your original order date and your desired frequency. If you have had the delivery notification but have not yet received your order, please send us an email (hi@juicefast.com) within 2 days of the delivery notification. Any additional information you can provide is very helpful. If you contact us after more than 2 days have passed, we will still do our very best to help, but it’s much easier to track down your order with the courier company if we act straight away!

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@juicefast.com. We will do our best to accommodate any changes. If your order has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled or rerouted to a different address. Please note that if you decide to cancel your subscription before your first order is fulfilled, your refund will be subject to a 3% banking charge.

Can I skip my next order?

Yes. You can skip an order anytime from your account. Select subscriptions to manage your upcoming subscription orders.

I have more than one discount, can I apply both to one order?

No, at this time discounts aren’t “stackable.”

I forgot to apply my discount to a recent order, what are my options?

You can either choose to instead apply it to your next order, or reach out to hi@juicefast.com and we’ll do our best to retroactively apply it.

I received the wrong items my packagewas damaged. How can I report it?

Email us at hi@juicefast.com and include photos of the outermost box and all the items lined up, with product names facing up.

I received a delivery confirmation but my order is missing. What now?

Sometimes delivery notifications are sent prematurely. We recommend waiting a few hours after the notification, as the package may show up later, and even checking with neighbours. If not found, email hi@juicefast.com with the shipping address details and include any other info you received from the delivery company.

I placed an order but didn’t receive an order confirmation email.

Check your spam/promotions folder. If not there, email hi@juicefast.com with the shipping address, purchase date, and last 4 digits of the card used to locate and verify the account/order.

My order is delayed. What can you do about it?

We’re sorry about your delayed order! Most orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days, so we recommend monitoring your parcel during this time. However, some factors are outside our control, and shipping delays can happen. If you have not received your order by then, please email us at hi@juicefast.com

What does Juicefast stand for?

Juicefast stands for healthy living with products made from natural sources. We are building sustainable products where everyone can have a personalised nutrition for a fraction of cost. We want to replace regular grocery markets by providing everything people need for an optimal nutritive day.

How should I store Juicefast packets?

The freshly delivered Juicefast juices and meals should be stored in the refrigerator immediately.
You must consume the contents of a single packet of juices in the next 48 hours after opening it.
And in case of meals they should be eaten at the moment of opening.

My juices are out of date - can I still use them?

You will find a USE BY date on our bottle caps. If it happens that the date has passed, discard the bottle properly. Spill the juice down the drain and recycle your bottle.

Is Juicefast safe during pregnancy for kids?

Juicefast products are safe if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding as they only contain fruits, vegetables, seeds and spices. They’re also great for kids.

What is Juicefast’s return policy?

If you’re not happy with your first box of juices, just reach out to hi@juicefast.com within 10 days of receipt. Depending on your needs, we will give our best to make things right.
